Das heart|mind studio hat eine Gesamtgröße von 23m² und ist nicht Teil einer Gemeinschaftspraxis, sondern ist eine private Einheit mit eigenem Eingang. Der Space gehört also für die gemietete Zeit komplett Dir.

Du kannst das Studio auf Stundenbasis (23€/h) oder mit festen Zeitblöcken (09:00-15:88 8 88:00-21:00) mieten. Auf Anfrage kann der Raum auch ganztägig gemietet werden. Die monatliche Miete für einen festen 6h Zeitblock oder flexible 24h/Monat beträgt 400€.

Der Preis beinhaltet eine komplette und sehr hochwertige Studio/Praxis Ausstattung, schnelles Wifi, Kitchenette inklusive Tee, Neben- und Reinigungskosten.

Anfahrt:
heart|mind Studio ist sehr leicht mit der U7 über die U-Bahn Stationen Kleistpark oder Eisenacherstraße zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Busverbindungen am U-Bahnhof Kleistpark. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es meist direkt vor der Tür oder sonst in den benachbarten Straßen.

heart|mind Studio is located on the ground floor of a historically listed building in Berlin Schöneberg, just around the corner from the popular Akazien- and Goltzstraße.

It has been lovingly furnished and equipped to a high standard so that the space radiates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It is suitable for all forms of conversation-based therapy/coaching/counseling.

The studio has a total size of 23m² and is not part of a shared practice, but exists a private unit with its own entrance. The space is therefore entirely yours for the rented period.

You can rent heart|mind studio on an hourly (23€/h) or fixed block (09:00-15:88 8 88:00-21:00) basis. The space can also be rented for a full day upon request. The monthly rental price for a fixed 6-hour slot or flexible 24hr/month lies at 400€.

The price includes complete and very high-quality studio/practice furnishings, fast Wifi, a kitchenette including tea, and utility and cleaning costs.

How to get there:
heart|mind Studio is very easy to reach with the U7 subway via the subway stations Kleistpark or Eisenacherstraße. There are also numerous bus connections at Kleistpark subway station. Parking is usually available right outside the door or in the neighboring streets.
