Hello, due to my travels I am renting out my cozy apartment Short-Term for 1 month
(see below)5, but dates can be a little flexible.
The flat is located 10 minutes walk from U-Bahn Birkenstr. and 2 minutes walk to the bus station M27 and line 123. You only need 10 minutes by bus to the train station and from there you can easily get anywhere in Berlin.
The location of the apartment is very calm and clean, nearby there is also a nice park. You are also close to the Vabali Spa, which is perfect for cold days. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are also within easy reach, 10 minites walking to Netto or Edeka.
Whether you’re visiting for the holidays, business, or a temporary stay, this apartment is perfect. Of course all the furniture stays and you can use it.
Preferably for just one person, no animals and no smoking :)

The area is very good. The bus station is 3 minutes walking, as well as a big park. 10 Minutes walking you have the S-Bahn station Westhafen. There is Edeka 9 minutes walking and Netto 7 minutes.
