Summary:
We are looking for 1-2 respectful people to sublet our beloved fully furnished apartment in the heart of Alt-Tegel. The building is quiet and is in a calm neighbourhood. The apartment has huge windows and a very comfortable loggia, with doors both to the living room and bedroom. This makes for excellent airflow during the hot months. The Loggia enjoys sunshine in the cooler months and shade in the summer and is therefore wonderful to use year-round.

The sublet consists of:
- a bright and spacious living room including dining area, sports area, and office space
- a well-equipped kitchen
- a comfy loggia with an outdoor couch
- a master bedroom with lots of storage and 180x220 bed
- a bathroom with bathtub/shower

Location:
The apartment is ideally located 200 meters from the Alt Tegel Bus loop and U6 Alt Tegel, as well as 700 meters from S-Bahn Tegel (S25) making travelling downtown easy. Within 500 meters of our apartment are several grocery stores, a food market, shopping in the Tegeler Quartier, pharmacies, various doctor s offices, cafes, a library, bars, and restaurants. A mall is just 900 meters away.

This place is great for someone who wants to enjoy the outdoors. The Tegeler Canal is literally across the street and the Tegeler Forrest is 700 meters away. In the neighbourhood, you will find beaches, bathing spots, beach volleyball, table tennis tables, Strandbad Tegel, mini golf, and a paddle boat/ row boat rental.


House rules:
- No parties.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- The guest bedroom will be used as our storage space while we are away.
