Ich biete meine schöne möblierte Altbauwohnung in Charlottenburg zur Untermiete an für 2 Monate, eventuell kann dann auch für einen Monat verlängert werden. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Besichtigungen gerne persönlich vor Ort oder per Video Call. Bei Einigung setze ich einen Untermietvertrag auf. Die Kaution wird innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Auszug zurückgezahlt.

Die Lage ist 2 Minuten vom Lietzensee im schönen Charlottenburger Kiez. Zu Fuß ist die U Bahn Sophie Charlotte Platz 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (siehe Fotos) was man normalerweise erwarten kann, eine Kleiderstange kommt noch hinzu. Das Schlafzimmer richtet sich zum Hinterhof und ist schön ruhig.

Ich bitte drum nur auf dem Balkon zu rauchen. Haustiere bitte nur nach Absprache.

I am offering my beautiful, furnished apartment in a historic building in Charlottenburg for sublet for 2 months, with the possibility of extending for another month. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible. Viewings can be arranged in person or via video call. If we reach an agreement, I will prepare a sublease contract. The deposit will be returned within 3 days after moving out.

The apartment is located just 2 minutes from Lietzensee in the charming Charlottenburg neighborhood. The Sophie-Charlotte-Platz U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is fully equipped (see photos) with everything you’d normally expect, and a clothes rack will also be added. The bedroom faces the courtyard and is wonderfully quiet.

Please smoke only on the balcony. Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.
