Dear reader

I m subletting my flat from December-end of February (maybe longer!)

I m subletting my beautiful two room flat in Schöneberg. The flat is on the top floor of a beautiful Altbau. My apartment faces the back and is over looking a park, one got a great view. It s very bright an quite and the ceiling are enormous. The location is perfect, u2,u1, u7 and several busses, one is literally in the middle of the city. It s inbetween Kleistpark and Ubhf Bülowstrasse. The flat is fully furnished. I m a non smoker and very clean and tidy, so I m looking for someone like that. Please bare in mind this is a queer friendly neighbourhood and I m looking for someone who treats my stuff with respect and is easy to communicate with.

The monthly rent is 900 Euro (all incl.)
Deposite: 1800 Euro
