Loction: Äußere Kanalstr./Iltisstr., 50827 Köln
In the near of the house: food discounter (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl), bakeries, fast food restaurant (PIZZA/ Gyrus/Döner/Kebap/Asian restaurant) MC-Donalds, cafés, bars and clubs also live music.

Public traffic connection: centrally located with a favourable traffic connection, very good public transport, as well as high quality infrastructure. Several bus connection and the tram station Iltisstraße / Äußere Kanalstraße only 50 metres away. The tram line 5 with direct connection to the COLOGNE DOM central station Zentrum von Köln and media center in Ossendorf. The trams run every ten minutes.
